The wetlands of Victoria Park have been home to the Yorta Yorta nation for centuries. Stories have been passed on through the generations of their connections to the rivers and waterways. This light sculpture installation will showcase the stories of Kaiela Arts emerging artists Tori Day, Tahnee Day and Dylan Charles. Their work will share their family stories and connection to the Yorta Yorta nation. Light spilling from within the sculptures touching the surrounding native environment will create shadows that expand and contrast reflecting pools of water through the seasons.
