For more than 80,000 years, Australia’s First Nations People have observed the sky, making them the world’s oldest astronomers. Their people assigned meaning to astronomical phenomena, which inform their lore and their social structures.

Go on a journey in time and space from the perspective of Indigenous Australians and experience the natural sounds of an urban soundscape dissipate, as the stars are revealed above. Star Dreaming is an epic adventure through the cosmos and thousands of years of First Nations observations from the very beginning of time to the present. Look up and enjoy the journey.
